"They actually knew the scanner stuff"
I had this weird imaging issue with my scanner and they figured it out fast. The person I talked to actually knew the tech side of things, not just some basic script. They explained what was going on in plain words, which I really appreciated. Solid help overall, Id definitely use them again...

"Still not sure I really trust it"
I wasn’t totally comfortable using AllStar Imaging. Some of the info felt vague, and I ended up clicking around way more than I expected just to feel like I understood what I was getting into.
What also annoyed me was the constant reminders, they felt kind of aggressive and pushy instead of helpful. Maybe the site works fine for some people, but I’d want clearer details and a less nagging experience before I’d feel good about ordering.

I had a really good experience ordering from allstar-imaging.com. The website was straightforward, checkout didn’t give me any problems, and my order arrived just like it was supposed to. No delays, no back-and-forth, no hassle. For me, that kind of easy buying experience is worth a lot. I’d definitely use them again

"Support After the Sale Was Disappointing"
The buying process itself was totally fine, but once I needed help after the sale, things got frustrating. I emailed twice about a setup issue and didn’t hear back for days, and when they finally responded, the replies were really short and not very helpful. I get that delays happen, but when you’re stuck trying to get something working, you expect better support. At this point, I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a proper follow-up for the hassle

"I picked up a used imaging unit from..."
I picked up a used imaging unit from All Star Imaging a few months back, and it’s been running just fine ever since. No random shutdowns, no weird error messages, no surprises popping up in the middle of a busy day. We’ve had it going during some hectic mornings, coffee cups everywhere and people running around, and it’s just done its job. i’m happy with it so far

"site works, but could be smoother"
i used allstar-imaging.com while looking for some imaging info, and overall it got the job done. the pages loaded fine, and i was able to find the main details i needed after clicking around for a little bit.

that said, the layout feels a bit dated, and a few of the menus weren’t super obvious at first. it’s not a bad site, just not the easiest to navigate if you’re trying to find something quickly. 3 stars feels fair.

The stock info was mostly okay, but it wasn’t always accurate. Not saying it’s a scam, but it was a bit frustrating to see something listed as available and then find out it wasn’t

"My order showed up in the right box..."
My order showed up in the right box, but the packaging felt a bit rushed. Nothing was damaged, so that’s good, but there wasn’t much padding inside and it kind of made me nervous opening it. The box also looked like it had been passed around a bit before getting to me. It got the job done, just not the best packing experience...

"Warranty process was fair"
I had an issue with one of the parts after a few months and ended up using the warranty. At first I wasn’t sure how annoying it would be, but support got back to me in a couple days and got the replacement sorted. It wasn’t, I mean, it wasn’t the fastest process ever, but they did honor the warranty without turning it into a big hassle. Overall, fair experience.

"Good customer service, but reach out first if you’re unsure"
I had a question before placing my order and they got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was friendly and didn’t overcomplicate anything, which I appreciated. My issue was handled without a ton of back and forth. Just a heads up to others: if you’re not totally sure about something before ordering, definitely contact them first instead of guessing. I’d use them again.

"Nice print, slight packaging hiccup"
Nice. The print came out clean and feels really solid overall. The only little issue was the packaging showed up a bit bent, but the print itself was fine. Phew

We sent in our imaging unit for this repair thing, and it came back working a lot better than before. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but so far everything seems solid with it

"They fixed my issue faster than I expected"
I recently had a problem with my order and emailed AllStar Imaging not really knowing how it was going to go. i was expecting the usual back-and-forth, but that wasn’t the case at all.

They replied quickly, looked into what happened, and got it sorted without turning it into a huge hassle. No runaround, no blaming me for it, and that really stood out since it’s the most recent thing I’ve dealt with from them.

Everything ended up working fine, and I felt like they actually cared about fixing it. After this latest experience, I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I got my invoice and it matched exactly what I was told from the start. No random fees showed up later, which I appreciated. I was almost expecting to have to chase someone down and ask for an apology over some surprise charge, but the whole thing was straightforward.
